Steve Mukonka is five years old and attends Pure Nard Preschool in Zambia. He is currently in the Reception class (equivalent to kindergarten). He lives with his grandparents, Herbison and Prinester. His grandparents have six children; five boys and one girl. Steve’s grandfather works as a gardener on a local farm. His grandmother occasionally helps her husband with his gardening responsibilities. Steve is an active child with keen interest in outdoor games. He actively participates in school activities and shows a strong enthusiasm for physical activities. Despite his young age, Steve displays an ambitious goal for his future. He aspires to complete his education and become a medical doctor. This aspiration reflects his determination to succeed and make a positive impact on his community and society.
